""AV TOOL AVT3155 PC TO VIDEO DOWN CONVERTOR" Hi there, do you loose a lot of picture quality using this unit? I have tried using a VGA modulater but it dramatically effects the picture quality on my display screen. Many thanx. "

Keene replied: Yes you will lose a bit of picture quality on this unit as you are converting from a high resolution down to a lower resolution which would be composite or s-video, so the end result would be one of those dependent on which one you use.
