We have tested this convertor in our lab and can confirm that it works well for the following resolutions:
640 x 480
800 x 600
1024 x 768
1152 x 864
1280 x 768
1280 x 1024
1440 x 900
1792 x 1344
1600 x 1200
1800 x 1440
1920 x 1200
1920 x 1440
2048 x 1536
It is also worth noting that if using this with a laptop, the external monitor connection usually isn't active by default and has to be manually activated. This could be by a 'function' key stroke or a designted control button, but this should be explained in the laptops instruction manual.
