It should be fine with a PS3
13 Derek W on 01 Oct 2008 asked :
""HDMI OVER CAT5E /6 EXTENDER SYSTEM 30M 1080P"
Will this categorically send an unaltered full 1080p signal without loss of quality.
I only ask because I previously purchased a 15M HDMI cable which the manufacturer assured me was 1080p compatible, but to my cost having sunk it in a wall, wasn't"
Keene replied: We did test one of these and it did send 1080p over 30m without loss.
Anything over 10m on a cable can be a problem with 1080p
It varies across the board some screens are fine at this distance some are not.
