Fantastic customer service Review by Lesley
I've been using one of these for over two years, it has worked perfectly. Recently stopped working - I called Keene, straight through to a human being, who was really helpful, diagnosed the problem (power supply) and put one in the post that day!! It is now working perfectly. Fantastic customer service, well done Keene. (Posted on 25/01/2015)
I have kit.... Review by Phil B
I have the kit (with 3 standard wands) operating my Sky HD box, Onkyo amp and Media Centre PC in a cupboard in another room. It took me a while to get it all working (and to figure out why) as the Sky box was \'gagging\' from signals produced by the other wands. Once I covered the other wands, it all works fantastically well! (Posted on 21/10/2014)

A: Is the activity LED still flashing? Do you have any identification of activity from the LED's on the emitters? Worth giving our tech line a call 01332 830550 or email
Q: All I need is an IR receiver that will output to my Denon DN500AV Receiver 3.5mm IR Input jack. No emitter is required... IF... the IR receiver outputs to 3.5MM. The Denon manual does not provide any specifics other "available IR repeater" and repeated attempts at contact have proven useless. Denon does not state if the Remote In Jack is active. (not known if it supplies voltage) Help!!!!

A: Sorry we don't have anything that would plug directly in. This is due to various different factors as there is no set standard for IR wiring Sorry about that
Q: Hi, would I be able to use this with a Harmony Elite. Specifically what I was wondering is if I can use the output on the hub of the Harmony Elite to which I would normally connect an IR blaster/wand and instead connect that output to the input of this unit. The hub on the Harmony Elite only allows me to connect 2 IR wands to it and I need to be able to connect 4, hence wanting to do the above. Alternatively is there another solution you can recommend? Thanks

A: Hi This is doable but you would need to use our IR translator. This would connect from the output on the hub to the input on our amp. See link below:- You will also need and additional two IR emitter s or one dual IR emitter again to do four devices as you could not use the Harmony ones on our amp. See links below: Or If you do have any further questions please do get back to us...
Q: Hi What is the maximum distance between receiver and the IR Pro Kit 4 distribution amp that this system will operate? Thanks

A: Hi 305 metres using one of these:- Or approx 100 metres using this adaptor :-
